The "Torchless" is an amazingly dangerous stunt. I fill my mouth with gas. I take a lit torch and insert it into my gas filled mouth. I remove the torch from my now burning face. Then I lift the fire up out of my face with mouth and breath control, this leaves me enough space to spray the gas without extinguishing the flame. I spray slowly at first and then faster as the fireball catches.
I essence, I light my mouth on fire and breathe fire off my own burning face.
